The Paduan group Mideando String Quintet reaches its third album, proposing two important turning points in its brilliant career: the fundamental contribution of a violin joins the group, ensuring an increasingly decisive and clear turn towards the traditional country genre. Always present are many original songs composed by the group with both Italian and English lyrics, but it is also worth noting the presence of some covers of very well-known songs, characterized by a markedly country interpretation: above all, the notable "Video Killed the radio star" and "You are the one that I want", borrowed from other musical genres and here transformed into authentic hits in the style of southern music. To seal the group's turning point, a song of great tradition such as the instrumental "Turkey in the straw".
